AGM MOTION

Motions submitted by eligible owners before the body corporate’s end of financial year date will be included in the AGM.

• Please pay close attention to spelling and the format of the motion, as it will be included exactly as submitted.
• If your motion proposes that the body corporate spend money, you should include a quote for the work with your submission.
• An optional explanatory note must not exceed 300 words, any content over this word limit will not be included with your motion.
• If you have more than one motion to submit, you may complete this form multiple times.
