SUBMIT COMMITTEE MOTION

Queensland law in relation to submitting committee motions has recently changed:

• Instead of simply submitting a discussion topic, owners can now submit a formal motion to be considered by their elected body corporate committee.
• The body corporate committee has 6 weeks to consider motions submitted by owners.
• Your motion will be answered with a YES or NO by the committee.
• Your motion should be properly worded so that the committee can consider it.

BCsystems receives the motion and provides it to the body corporate committee for their consideration. BCsystems does not make any decisions about your motion.
